It might not be a Lil' Piece in physical size but it is a Lil' Piece of a Fairytale story of a young couple with their wedding coming, and one this Lil' Piece artist was very happy to be a part of in creating a memory to tell of some of the magic they share.
As in all Lil’ Piece projects, something(s) of the client personality, life/lifestyle and or the reason for the project is key in development and inspiration of the Lil’ Piece.
The couple had been together for several years prior their wedding and always shared a love of spreading that love to all those around them.

They were always ‘living the fairytale’ which inspired the message in the frame.
The font style and choice of using different sizes was an intentional choice to show emphasis and ‘a message in the message’.

The particular frame used here was one found while on one of my ‘treasure hunts for new and great pieces’. This one was found at Hobby Lobby. Many others with a similar style can also be found here, and at Amazon.
The image in the heart was edited and pieced together from two separate photos of the many the couple loved to take. The two here were part of a photo shoot for their engagement and wedding announcement.

A black-and-white-outline image was then created, to have bold hi-light and low-light lines for guides with wood burning the image to the heart.

The full-size piece is 18 7/8" in Length and 13 5/8" in width for the wood frame and 9” by 11” on the heart at the outer most dimensions.

Many times, when a Lil’ Piece project is created, it often inspires a secondary piece. In this case I choose the wood burned heart to make as a miniature size replica, a 3” Christmas ornament.
